1. This voucher (or any part thereof) is non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for any other product or service.

2. This voucher can be used to settle consumption at food & beverage outlets, Plateau Spa, accommodation and Blooms & Blossoms at Grand Hyatt Hong Kong.

3. The voucher is not applicable for banquet events or Business Centre.

4. The voucher is valid for six months from the date of purchase and cannot be extended.

6. Grand Hyatt Hong Kong reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute arising from this certificate.
