• Redeem online during the redemption period.

• Redemption of award items is subject to availability.

• A confirmation email and an e-voucher email which contains the award reference number and the URL (which directs to a register form for making reservation) will be sent to your email after the redemption has been completed.

• Award item(s) must be collected within the award collection period or they will be forfeited.

• Please note that the e-voucher code (URL) is sensitive information required for award collection, DO NOT disclose this information to a third party unless you are authorising award collection on your behalf.

• Membership card must be presented upon collection of award item(s) for verification purpose. For award collection by non-members, please bring the non-member’s ID/passport and a photocopy of the member’s membership card.

• For security reasons, please ensure the URL is clear and legible. Service/Product provider has the final right to reject the e-voucher if the URL is defaced or damaged.

• The URL can be used once only.

• The award item(s) above do not include delivery. Self-collection is available only in the location(s) specified.

• We will protect your personal information in accordance to the relevant provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act and in accords to DentalMiles Privacy Policies.
• In case of any dispute, DentalMiles will retain the right of final decision without prior notice.
• Colour shown may be slightly different than actual products.
• All products are non-refundable.
• If the goods are found to be damaged, please contact the merchant for replacement.DentalMiles isn’t the seller or supplier of the products or services. DentalMiles is responsible for managing and administering its website, arranging order processing and fulfillment for the products or services you ordered from the suppliers through its website. Whatever item you redeem via DentalMiles will be subject to the terms and conditions of that merchant. The merchant is responsible for the sale and for dealing with any claims or any other issues arising out of or in connection with the contract between you and the merchant. In respect of redemption of a voucher, in addition to the contract you will have with the seller of the voucher, there will also be a contract between you and the merchant that actually provides the products and services when you redeem your voucher with that merchant. We, DentalMiles, don’t accept responsibility for any claim, loss or damage, howsoever caused (including through omission or negligence), which you may directly or indirectly suffer in connection with the redemption of any products, services or vouchers through DentalMiles, nor do we accept any responsibility for any such claim, loss or damage arising out of your use of or reliance on information contained on or accessed through DentalMiles. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information obtained from DentalMiles meet your specific requirements.
